To provide the best experience for all guests, i kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less then 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Arriving more then 15 minutes late may need to rescheduled their appointment. Deposits made for any appointment are non-refundable and may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with adequate notice.I do understand emergencies happen and will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
